Throughout this document, the term we/us/our refers to Quality Stoves And Fires, while you/your refers to you as a user of this web site.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be deemed effective on the date these are posted on this web site.
It Is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions and print a copy for your records.
The image of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes.
Please note all information on this website is supplied from manufacturers and is therefore subject to change.
Quality Stoves and Fires accept no responsibility for changes in specification or any other changes made by a manufacturer.
All products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order.
All products on qualitystovesandfires.ie are stated in Euro, prices include vat and delivery.
We endeavour to ensure all our prices are correct. In the event of any error, we will make you aware of the correct price prior to the processing of you order. We will be happy to cancel the order process if you no longer wish to proceed in this case.
Prices for our products may change from time to time , but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with an Email comfirmation.
Prices displayed are for Matt Black unless otherwise stated.
Age of Consent:
When placing an order on this website you are declaring that you are 18 of age or older and that the person accepting the delivery also fits this criteria.
Placing Your Order:
Please check your order and amend any errorrs before submitting your order to us.
Orders on this web site are processed using a custom built shopping cart.
After your payment has been processed, we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing products you have ordered. Please note that this email acknowledgement is not an order confirmation or order acceptance by Quality Stoves and Fires. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will only take place when we have sent you an email confirmation.
All goods must be paid in full before shipping can commence.
You will receive an email with the estimated delivery date and goods will be delivered on that date unless there is an event outside our control. If we are unable meet the estimated delivery date due to this event outside our control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
Goods will be delivered within 3-7 working days provided that they are in stock. If a product is out of stock then we will inform you of a time for delivery based on manufacturers estimated time.
Please inform us if delivery is not accessible as in second level floors, narrow lanes and gravel entrances. If this is the case you will incur a delivery charge where delivery has not been made possible due to such instances.
Deliveries must be signed for. The courier will leave goods at the nearest accessible point of the property.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, you will have to rearrange delivery. There will be a charge for this re-arranged delivery of the product.
If goods are damaged, please mark this on the delivery note and contact us immediately and we can advidse action to be taken.
The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
Returns or Cancellation of your Product:
If products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 7 days in which you may cancel and return your product. However please note that returns are made by you and at your own cost.
To cancel a contract, you must contact us in writing by sending an email to email@example.com.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 days of the day on which you emailed us notice of cancellation.
No complaints/ Returns about damaged goods will be handled if we hold a signature as proof of perfect delivery.
You have a legal obligation to keep the products in your possession and to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
How To Pay:
You can only pay for your product on our website through Pay Pal.
Products must be paid in full before confirmation of the order takes place.
Warranty for Stoves:
There is a manufacturers warranty with all stoves. Manufacturing faults are not our responsibility, however we will assist where we can.
It is recommended that all stoves are fitted by a hetas installer. Proof of this will be needed should the occassion arise.
